The ultimate list of digital mental health support (250+ resources)

Here’s a list of over 250 digital mental health resources and places to go for self help. There are a bunch of different kinds of resources on this list, including counselling services, information about mental health, crisis lines, self care guides, apps that support your mental health and charities who offer solutions and support to people with specific needs.

If you know of any other helpful resources, please leave a comment below this post to let me know!

Please remember that, here in the UK, you can speak to your doctor to request access to the NHS talking therapies. Waiting lists can be long, but you should still reach out for the support you need.

  2. Andys Man Club – 50 groups across the UK open to any man aged 18 or over to discuss any issues they may have, doesn’t have to be mental health

Womens Well-being Club – similar to Andys Man Club but aimed at any woman aged 18 or over.

  3. Funny I can find a list like this for the YS as I am here stuck in Wisconsin living with a controlling mother who married a ex pedophile yes you saw that. Who last summer into fall tried to groom me. And I’m a bloody adult. 55 with undiagnosed health problems drs don’t worn to dive into because either it’s because I’m poor or they don’t lien my insurance or they lack expertise. I do have sever anxiety and depression as well as inflammatory markers all over the map suggestions many auto immune diseases and have anti phospholipid syndrome yet have six boys. But all have mental health problems one is very sever plus brain damage of unknown origin. I didn’t kno I have than anti phospholipid stuff other wise I would have never gotten pregnant I feel it’s all my fault. Doctors aren’t listening to my physical pain who CB has cause more anxiety and more depression and the pain has made me gain over 100 lbs as well. Us health system sucks bad here if you don’t have money and connections.
